Nattyadarppana-Abhyaas School of Arts is a renowned performing arts institution located in Cheriyanad near Chengannur in Alappuzha district, founded by Kalamandalam Soumya Sreekumar.As an accomplished artist herself, Soumya Sreekumar established the institution with a vision to impart her knowledge and expertise to aspiring students of Indian classical dance.
Nattyadarppana-Abhyas Arts is Soumya Sreekumar’s second school, the first one being named “Abhyas Arts” in Bahrain, which focuses on Indian performing arts. Under her guidance, the institution has become a centre for excellence in traditional art forms such as Bharathanatyam, Mohiniyattam, and Kuchipudi etc.
